Beer style: India Pale Ale (IPA) | ABV: 6.8%
Notes: The most popular craft beer style in the world. Gold to copper in appearance. Big aroma, bigger flavour, and a rounded smooth bitterness. All thanks to a blend of fruity, citrus like, and piney resinous hops.
Beer style: Blonde Ale | ABV: 6.5%
Notes: One of the most approachable beer styles.
Golden straw to light amber in colour. Flavours balanced between bread like maltiness and subtle earthy hop taste and aroma.
Beer style: Hefeweizen (German-Style Wheat Ale) | ABV: 5.5%
Notes: Brewed with mostly malted wheat. This is
a cloudy, straw coloured beer whose clove
and banana like flavours are derived from
yeast during fermentation.
Beer style: Pale Ale (IPA) | ABV: 4.2%
Notes: This English inspired Pale Ale utilizes English base malts to give this beer some biscuit like characters. We added a dash of thyme to add a subtle yet complimentary layer to this straightforward beer.
Beer style: Chocolate Milk Stout | ABV: 4.5%
Notes: Locally sourced cacao nibs from our friends at One One Cacao and dark roasted malts are balanced out by using Lactose (sugar from milk), making this the tastiest stout you never knew possible. Cheers!
Beer style: German-Style Märzen (Lager) | ABV: 6.9%
Notes: The Märzen originated over 200 years ago for the original Oktoberfest. This pale amber beer has medium body, finishes dry & features a wonderfully crisp malt forward character.
